Developed as a collaboration between Western University and Stanford University. The module was developed in Adobe Captivate 2019 by Dr. Horace Cheng and Dr. Sumit Agrawal.
Three-dimensional models were created by Dr. Nikolas Blevins. The surgical atlas was written by Dr. Robert Jackler and illustrated by Christine Gralapp.
